Process: |

•Define what will satisfy the course obligation |
||
•Define your travel expectations (Where you want to go, when are you going, how many are going, what you would like to do, etc.) |
||
•Except in unusual circumstances, travel should be approved by one's supervisor. |
||
•Register Your Trip, a DePrez Representative will contact you within 24 business hours to fulfill your request. |
||
•Review General Statement of Policy before finalizing any travel arrangments. |

After travel is completed: |
||
•Complete the Travel Reimbursement Form |
